TERMS OF SERVICE

a. When client chooses the Contract Directly option to contact of MMG's affiliates (a category including freelancers, contractors, consultants and anyone for whom the Contract Directly option is offered), your sole business relationship is with the affiliate you select.

i. MMG does not charge any fee for business contracted under Section 1. MMG may, at its discretion and with client consent, charge fees for certain administrative and technical support services provided to clients and affiliates.

b. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied by MMG regarding business solicited or contracted under Section 1.

i. Within the parameters of Section 1, subsection b, MMG has reviewed all affiliates listed on this Web site (multifacetedmedia.com) doing business under Section 1.

ii. By listing affiliates on the site, MMG represents that MMG is not aware of any derogatory information regarding affiliates, their business practices or the quality of their work.

iii. Should such information come to the attention of MMG, and should such information be confirmed after investigation, the full extent of MMG's responsibility will be to terminate MMG's business relationship with the affiliate and discontinue the affiliate's listing on the site.

iv. MMG is not responsible for clients or prospective clients retrieving outdated data from previous versions of this Web site (multifacetedmedia.com) such as Google's cache function, archive.org, locally saved copies of information from the site, or any other previous versions of this site. The provisions in Subsection b(i), b(ii) and b(iii) apply only the most recent versions of the pages as they exist on the Web server at any given moment in time.

c. No liability for work performed or any issue related to work performed is expressed, implied, assumed or accepted by MMG for business solicited or contracted under Section 1. Disputes, should they occur, must be resolved directly with the affiliate who has contracted to do the work.

d. In the event of unresolved default of work by an affiliate through no fault of client for business solicited or contracted under Section 1, MMG will make a good faith effort to locate another affiliate who can perform the requested work. However, no guarantee of substitution is expressed or implied.

e. Client agrees to fill out a short, confidential survey evaluating work done for MMG management at the conclusion of business solicited or contracted under Section 1,

a. When client chooses the Managed Project option, MMG will manage the project entirely, including hiring from among MMG affiliates or other freelance or contract help.

b. Particulars regarding obligations and liability for business solicited or contracted under Section 2 will be determined by written contract or verbal agreement between the client and MMG. No obligations or liability are assumed, expressed or implied by MMG without the explicit written consent of both MMG and client.

c. A security deposit is required for business solicited or contracted under Section 2, with the specific amount calculated based on the size and duration of the job.

d. Client will be invoiced via e-mail by MMG every two weeks for work performed. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.

e. MMG reserves the right to immediately terminate any business relationship in the event of client default on payment. Client agrees to forfeit the security deposit in the event of client default on payment. Forfeit of security deposit DOES NOT excuse client from any or all additional liability regarding contractual obligations.

f. Should client cancel a project prior to completion, an early termination penalty or "kill fee" may apply. Such fees will negotiated at the time that business is solicited.

a. These terms apply to all services solicited on this Web site with the exception of certain third-party relationships such as Amazon.com and Cafepress.com (see subsection b).

b. These terms of service are explicitly understood to be inapplicable to any service contracted on any other Web site than this (multifacetedmedia.com). Once client or a prospective client leaves this Web site (multifacetedmedia.com), client or prospective client is bound by the terms of the destination site.

c. MMG is not responsible for clients or prospective clients retrieving outdated data from previous versions of these Terms of Service, such as Google's cache function, archive.org, locally saved copies of information from the site, or any other previous versions of this site.

d. These Terms of Service may be updated, change or discontinued at any time, at the discretion of MMG.

i. For client's protection, a copy of these terms may be incorporated into any contract requested by a client or prospective client based on the terms as they are retrieved from the site at the time of the contract signing.

ii. In such instance, the so-incorporated terms are binding only for the specific contract into which they have been incorporated and are binding only for the duration of that specific contract.

e. MMG has no obligation to inform clients, prospective clients or Web site visitors of changes to these Terms of Service except by posting such changes to this page.
